The monies collected when you register for a Convention go towards many expenses.

The costs of meeting rooms in the hotel or convention center are not included in our hotel bookings.

We must pay to print flyers, programs, and other materials.

Registration packets included keepsakes and are paid for from the registration fee.

We pay for people to sign for the deaf and for our DJ's and dance parties.

It is also important to remember that we must register even if it is just to get a name tag since the hotel and meeting places require this for insurance purposes.
